Spring Junior League:
Starts: first Monday of May through to the last Monday of June. (May 3th - June 28th)
Time: shot gun start at 6:00 p.m. finish at 7:30 p.m.
Ages: 6 -13, boys & girls.
If child does not have clubs we will provide clubs at no charge. The children are supervised on Monday nights and the first Monday we will go over the rules with each team individually. Included in your fee is the tournament & banquet & prizes.(tournament is June 23rd.)
Fee this year is $125.00 including taxes.
In June we have a skills competition. This year we have changed things up a bit, instead of issuing rain checks in bad weather, each child will be given a Junior League membership card. With this card they will be entitled to come and practice or make up a league game on Tuesday, Thursday & Friday after 2:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday after 3:30 pm, children under 11 years of age must have a parent accompany them (parents may walk along with their child, if they choose to play they would have to pay.) We do encourage them to practice, so take advantage of this. Also, they can use the practice chipping, putting and driving areas.
Note: Our Spring League memberships expire June 30th, so they must use the time allowed in April, May & June, it does not carry over to the summer.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL MEMBERS MUST PHONE 757-2830 AND MAKE A TEE TIME AND STATE THEY ARE JUNIOR LEAGUE MEMBERS & ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PHONE & CANCEL A TEE TIME IF THEY CAN NOT MAKE IT.
Also, Junior League members are also allowed to use the mini golf at no charge during May & June.
**We do reccommend that children who are just beginning who have had no instruction take a beginner golf course. We do offer some, and do recognize other courses. The lessons are extra.
WE ALSO OFFER TO JUNIOR LEAGUE MEMBERS AN UPGRADE TO A SEASONAL MEMBERSHIP (opening-to close) FOR ANOTHER $50.00 INCLUDING TAX.
This entitles the junior member to golf as much as they want on weekdays after 12:00pm (exceptition Mondays in May & June,Wednesdays through September 15th)and Saturday & Sundays holidays after 2:00 pm, same rules apply they must Book a Tee Time, state they are a Junior Member and phone and cancel tee time if they can’t make it.
** Membership can be revoked if they don’t follow the above rule or do damage to the course, or misbehave.
